A varied and surprising journey with enough time to take a rest or to explore Indonesia by yourself (or with your guide). You will visit the famous Java highlights such as the Borobudur and the Bromo volcano, but you will also regularly literally reflect on nature and culture along the way: beautiful nature at Pangandaran, nature and schooling projects in Baturraden, the student city of Yogyakarta, a visit to the plantations around Kalibaru and a great opportunity to spot sea turtles laying their eggs on the beach in Meru Betiri National Park in East Java. In Bali of course beautiful beaches, colorful coral, fish and turtles underwater and the cultural heart of Bali: Ubud. You will stay in good mid-range hotels with swimming pools in Java and Bali whenever possible (unless otherwise noted). When you travel with a guide, he has your full attention and explains the country and its customs.
