Private (VIP) bungalows
Yenkoranu’s private (VIP) bungalows have glazed windows and ensuite private bathrooms with showers and western style pedestal toilets. The private bungalows have free standing double beds with covers, pillows, bolsters and mosquito nets and bath towels are supplied.
VIP Type 1 bungalows are more traditionally constructed using timber, and offer a higher level of comfort. VIP Type 2 bungalows offer similar features to Type 1s, but are built out of concrete.

Yenkoranu has a large over-water dining room with tables, chairs and refrigerators for cold drinks. Free drinking water, tea and coffee are always available there for guests.
There’s good phone reception at Yenkoranu, and electricity is provided by a generator which usually runs all night.
The nearest village to Yenkoranu is Pulau Mansuar’s Yenbuba – a ten minute boat ride away – but if you need more than basic supplies you’d be better off organising a ride to Waisai one of of Yenkoranu’s 3 boats.
