Tour module 8 days diving Selayar dive resort

After breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel around 08:00 and taken to the fishing village of Bira in about 5 hours. Here the resort's speedboat awaits all divers who make the boat transfer to the resort on Selayar on Friday. The tour takes about two and a half hours. The boat departs from Bira at 2:30 PM at the latest, so she can moor at the resort in plenty of time before sunset. Here you will be welcomed and checked in for the coming week, 7 nights in Sebayar dive resort.

The Selayar diving package consists of 2 boat dives and unlimited diving at the beautiful house reef. The boat dives go to beautiful dive sites like Sharkpoint, with black coral, colored sponges, schools of snappers, jackets and bannerfish and of course sharks: white tps and gray reef sharks. The Caves & Overhangs has drops up to 45 meters and of course these dive spots have caves and beautiful overhangs. It is a great place for macro photography. The house reef is one of the most beautiful dive spots in Selayar. From the 140-meter jetty, you can easily dive to the drop-off with spectacular coral, sea snakes, nudibranches, pygmy sea horses and green turtles. During an evening or night dive you will be surprised with huge lobsters and sleeping turtles.

After breakfast you will be sailed back to the port of Bira around 08:30. There your driver will be waiting for you to take you back to Makassar. End of a beautiful week in Selayar.
